Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance algorithms for the 2026 core infrastructure.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our predictive modeling suite and quantum interface layers.
- Mentor a team of 10+ engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize system latency and ensure data security across distributed quantum nodes.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum mechanics, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and AI architecture.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum libraries.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
