Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present design solutions to executive leadership
- Partner with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion funnels
- Create accessible WCAG-compliant interfaces for diverse user populations
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with remote work portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and persona development
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
