Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and monitor network performance via SNMP/NetFlow
- Document network changes and maintain accurate infrastructure blueprints
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for enterprise clients during business hours
- Collaborate with cloud services team for hybrid network optimization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience with Cisco/Juniper equipment
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification required
- Proficiency in Wi-Fi deployment (802.11ax) and VPN troubleshooting
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize critical incidents
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client site visits
