Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
- Automate testing infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend/frontend development
- Expertise in Python, Java, or JavaScript with frameworks (React, Django, Spring)
- Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
