Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance backend services using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize database performance and scalability for PostgreSQL

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
