Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Respond to incoming helpdesk tickets and support requests via email and phone.
- Learn and apply knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and basic network infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to undergo a paid training program and obtain relevant certifications.
- Reliable transportation to the Denver office.
