Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects across web and mobile platforms
- Design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test scripts based on product requirements
- Document, track, and verify bug reports using industry-standard tools like JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality integration throughout the SDLC
- Perform regression testing, compatibility testing, and usability analysis across browsers and devices
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain and improve QA documentation, processes, and automation frameworks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional QA testing experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile development principles
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and mobile testing
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java) or scripting for automation
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote environments
