Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA and defect-tracking tools
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues efficiently
- Conduct regression testing and validate software releases across environments
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for process improvement
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases and scripts
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to quality strategy discussions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of bug tracking systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in remote settings
- Familiarity with agile development practices and test-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
