Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, schemas, and analysis methodologies.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for automation and optimization within existing data workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, joins) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert level in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
