Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve network outages and implement security protocols
- Document network topology and create SOPs for troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with VLANs, VPNs, and BGP routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing network anomalies
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
