Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics across departments
- Create ad-hoc analyses supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Document data methodologies, findings, and recommendations for executive presentations
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance protocols
- Support cross-functional projects by providing quantitative insights and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
