Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with SLA-driven response times
- Document network topology, configurations, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Implement network security protocols and best practices
- Provide Tier-2/3 technical support via remote access tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and SD-WAN solutions
- Experience with network monitoring and automation tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for wired/wireless networks
- Ability to work independently and manage remote infrastructure
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site visits
