Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to Windows/macOS systems, networking, and cloud applications
- Manage IT service desk tickets using Jira/ServiceNow with SLA compliance
- Document solutions in knowledge base for future reference and team training
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations and preventative maintenance
- Conduct user training on new IT tools and security best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential technical issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT help desk or technical support role
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer-first mindset
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyConnect, etc.)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a virtual team environment
- High school diploma; relevant technical degree or certification a plus
