Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create user flows, information architectures, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
- Conduct user interviews and stakeholder workshops to uncover insights and validate solutions
- Develop design systems and components to ensure consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize product experiences
- Present design rationale and recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Expertise in creating responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user experience metrics
