Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling visualizations and reports that translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, cleaning, and quality control processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise executive summaries and interactive presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data processing and analysis
