Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure it is accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis using SQL and Python.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Draft clear, concise reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to define data requirements and answer ad-hoc analytical questions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and logic used in analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. (Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL for querying databases; basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Visualization: Exposure to or interest in learning Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Programming: Basic understanding of Python or R is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
