Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover business trends
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis to optimize business strategies
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
