Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for real-time threat detection and incident response
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-prem infrastructure
- Develop playbooks for zero-day threats and APT campaigns
- Collaborate with forensic teams during security incident investigations
- Generate executive-level security dashboards and compliance reports
- Research emerging threats and contribute to threat intelligence databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity/IT or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in NIST framework and CIS Controls implementation
- Proficiency in network security tools (FireEye, Palo Alto Networks)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IAM systems
- Strong analytical skills for threat hunting and anomaly detection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
