Responsibilities
- Design and conduct neuro-UX experiments using fNIRS and eye-tracking in metaverse environments
- Develop predictive user behavior models using quantum machine learning algorithms
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI design and accessibility in immersive tech
- Create cognitive architecture frameworks for next-gen AR/VR interfaces
- Translate neuroscientific findings into actionable design guidelines for product teams
- Establish industry standards for ethical human-AI interaction protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years UX research experience with AR/VR or AI interfaces
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in neuro-UX or immersive technology
- Certification in ethical AI design (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Proficiency with biometric analysis tools (EEG, fNIRS, Tobii Pro)
- Portfolio demonstrating metaverse/AI UX research projects
