Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing R&D with hardware/software integration
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal/industry research grants
- Experience leading teams of 10+ quantum specialists
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
