Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction protocols
- Translate theoretical quantum concepts into scalable commercial solutions
- Present findings at global quantum computing conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket)
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical applications
