Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Lead research initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communication
- Publish findings in high-impact journals and present at international conferences
- Secure research grants and partnerships with academic institutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of published work in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
