Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum circuits for optimization problems
- Develop error mitigation protocols for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams on quantum machine learning integrations
- Publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published peer-reviewed papers on quantum error correction
- Expertise in topological quantum computing models
- Proficiency in Python and low-level quantum assembly languages
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Strong background in quantum information theory
- Security clearance for government-contracted projects
