Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning frameworks
- Secure $2M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdocs in quantum error correction
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptography protocols for enterprise clients
- Present quarterly roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of securing federal research funding
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Experience mentoring quantum research teams
