Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems

- Collaborate with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum computing initiatives
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Present findings at international quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation tools
- Experience leading quantum computing R&D teams
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research funding
