Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for industrial and scientific applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Drive patent development for quantum hardware innovations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster technical excellence
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech forums (IEEE, ACM Quantum)
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world deployment in finance, logistics, and drug discovery
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or hardware architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum computing
- Track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to production
- Strong background in cryogenics and low-temperature engineering
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
