- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise AI solutions
- Lead quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Architect secure quantum communication networks using QKD protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Publish research in IEEE/ACM quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and compilation (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
