As a key member of our Quantum Futures Division, you'll lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum architectures and hybrid quantum-classical frameworks. Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead quantum error correction protocols to achieve 100+ qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputing systems
- Drive quantum software development using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Publish research in Nature Quantum Information and IEEE Quantum Journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction codes
- Proven track record of building scalable quantum systems with >50 qubits
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and simulation tools
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or adjacent fields
