Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures capable of 10,000+ qubit operations by 2026
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy breakthroughs
- Create patentable quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Establish industry standards for quantum hardware integration
- Present findings at global quantum technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
