Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise security systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for complex optimization problems
- Create quantum error correction models achieving 99.999% fidelity thresholds
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical quantum algorithms into production-ready solutions
- Conduct advanced research in topological quantum computing and quantum annealing techniques
- Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Document quantum system architectures and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proven track record in developing fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQC)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting qubits, trapped ions)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information science
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
