Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that outperform classical systems by 2026 benchmarks
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists in quantum system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to next-generation cryptographic threats
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for real-time data processing
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum security standards and ISO 27001 protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC frameworks
