Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise workflows
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research in quantum computing journals and industry conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction techniques
