Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with error correction capabilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography optimization
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop quantum-safe security protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- File patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum space applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years quantum computing architecture design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Top Secret security clearance preferred
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Quil, Q#)
