Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for error-corrected 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical molecular modeling
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Mentor quantum engineering teams through prototyping phase challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Author quantum computing standards for IEEE 2026 initiative
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum hardware SDKs
- Deep understanding of topological qubit implementations
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models to hardware specifications
