Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and machine learning challenges
- Collaborate with physicists and engineers to overcome quantum decoherence limitations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026 industry needs
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Certification in quantum security architecture (e.g., QSE, QCA)
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
