- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum encryption standards
- Drive patent development in quantum machine learning and quantum networking
- Partner with government agencies on quantum computing policy and security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of deploying quantum algorithms in production environments
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
