Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures capable of solving previously impossible computational challenges
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to develop quantum algorithms
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum systems achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Drive research in quantum supremacy applications and quantum machine learning integration
- Present breakthrough findings at premier international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
