Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop quantum error-correction protocols for commercial viability
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system integration
- Define quantum security frameworks for 2026-era threats
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor quantum engineering talent in our incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting qubits
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and control systems
- Proven track record of translating theory to hardware prototypes
