Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum adoption across healthcare, finance, and logistics sectors
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and mitigation strategies
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization
- Proven track record of leading technical innovation in emerging technologies
