Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error-corrected architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems with legacy infrastructure
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define qubit specifications and control systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection
- Research breakthroughs in topological quantum computing and fault tolerance
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Proven track record architecting high-performance distributed systems
- Familiarity with NISQ-era constraints and hybrid computing models
- Experience securing venture funding for quantum initiatives
