Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen infrastructure
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Contribute to quantum open-source communities and standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Track record of translating quantum concepts into business applications
