Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging QIP and superconducting qubit technologies
- Design error-correction protocols and quantum error mitigation strategies
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead integration of quantum algorithms with classical high-performance computing environments
- Collaborate with research teams to prototype quantum neural networks and machine learning models
- Ensure quantum system security and compliance with emerging quantum-resistant standards
- Document quantum architecture specifications and performance benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and HPC systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical implementations
- Published research in quantum computing or closely related fields
- Knowledge of quantum-safe cryptography and post-quantum security standards
