Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve 99.9% qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical interfaces

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
