Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead research in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical computer science
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complexity theory
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Security clearance eligibility (preferred)
