Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction protocols
- Create quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for 2026 security standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum applications
- Research emerging quantum technologies and patent novel methodologies
- Document quantum system specifications and performance benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years building quantum algorithms or quantum hardware systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems theory
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain one
