Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum-classical algorithms optimizing machine learning workflows
- Lead prototyping of quantum neural networks using IBM Q and D-Wave platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration strategies
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and best practices
- Present research findings at industry conferences and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant designs
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in machine learning architectures and optimization techniques
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., Quantum Safe Security Alliance)
