Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and ML engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-time data processing
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
- Consult with Fortune 500 clients on quantum transition strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Theoretical Physics (exceptional candidates with MS + 5y exp considered)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit design
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects
