Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum AI architectures
- Publish research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Quantum AI Review)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Secure government and private research grants for experimental validation
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-computing bootcamps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum assembly languages
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and GPU optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex theory into practical implementations
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics
