Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks using Qiskit and Cirq
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-time data processing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated impact in peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
