Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum-cloud integration frameworks
- Translate theoretical models into experimental implementations using D-Wave and IBM quantum processors
- Author white papers and peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Qiskit)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Experience with high-performance computing frameworks (CUDA, MPI)
